We offer a variety of shipping methods to suit your needs. The delivery time depends on the shipping option selected and your location.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days for domestic orders within the United States.
- Expedited Shipping: Orders placed with expedited shipping typically arrive in 2-3 business days.
- International Shipping: For international orders, delivery times vary depending on the destination. Typically, international orders take 7-14 business days, though customs processing may add additional time.
Please note that the delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the following:
- Shipping Method: You can select your preferred shipping option at checkout (Standard, Expedited, or International).
- Order Size and Weight: The size and weight of your order may impact the shipping cost.
- Destination: The shipping cost will vary depending on the delivery address. For international orders, additional customs fees and taxes may apply.
Free Shipping: We occasionally offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount. The specific terms and conditions for free shipping will be posted during promotional periods.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt. Processing times may vary during peak seasons (such as holidays) or in case of high order volumes.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- Shipping Locations: We ship to all 50 states in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also offer international shipping to select countries. Please check the checkout page for a list of countries we currently ship to.
- P.O. Boxes: We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes for certain shipping methods. Please ensure you provide a physical address for shipping.
- Restricted Items: Some products may have shipping restrictions due to local laws or regulations. In the event we cannot ship an item to your location, we will notify you and either offer an alternative or process a refund.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number (if available). You can use this tracking number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
Lost Packages: If your package has been marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors, your local postal carrier, or the delivery carrier for further assistance. In case of persistent issues, please contact our customer service team.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@prorapic.net. We will investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as needed. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage when contacting us.
7. International Shipping
For international orders, please note the following:
Customs Duties & Taxes: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Customs Delays: Customs processing may delay the delivery of international orders. We have no control over customs processing times, and delays can sometimes occur.
Restricted Countries: Certain countries have restrictions on the import of specific products. If we cannot ship to your location due to these restrictions, we will notify you and cancel your order.
8. Returns and Exchanges
