Refund and Returns Policy

At ProRapic, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward refund and returns policy to ensure a smooth process for all of our customers.


1. Return Eligibility

You can return most items within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals intact.
  • Items must be returned with proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • Items must be free from any damage, and no modifications should have been made to the product.

Please note that certain products, such as customized products, software, or open-box items, may not be eligible for return. For specific product categories, please check the detailed return policy on the product page.


2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at info@prorapic.net or call us at (318) 346-6143 to request a return authorization (RA) number. Be sure to provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.

  2. Prepare the Product: Securely package the item with its original packaging and include the RA number. This helps us process your return quickly.

  3. Ship the Item Back: Once you receive the RA number, return the item to the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product sent by us.

  4. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange.


3. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days from the date we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please note that depending on your payment method or bank, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Refunds may not include shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item).


4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different model, size, or color, please follow the same steps outlined in the “How to Return an Item” section. Upon receiving the returned item, we will ship out the replacement to you as soon as possible.

If the new item is of a higher value, you will be charged for the price difference, and if it is of a lower value, you will receive a refund for the difference.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded, including but not limited to:

  • Gift Cards
  • Downloadable Software Products
  • Personalized or Custom Products
  • Opened or Used Memory Cards, Film, or Batteries
  • Opened Software Packages
  • Sale or Clearance Items (unless defective)

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@prorapic.net or call us at (318) 346-6143. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including covering any return shipping fees for the defective product.

Please provide photos of the damage or defect, as this will help us expedite the return or exchange process.


7. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, but you can initiate a return once you receive the item.


8. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping Fees: In most cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Non-refundable Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
